Uniform
All our children are required to wear school uniform, which includes:
For the School Day
- School navy blue sweatshirt/cardigan. We do not require this to have the school logo. But sweatshirts can be purchased from the link at the bottom of this page.
- Gold polo shirt
- Flat comfortable, smart, black shoes
Please note that trainers are not part of school uniform but may be worn at break / lunchtime. Sandals or Boots are not to be worn. Hair should be tied back if below shoulder length.
- Grey / Black or Navy Trousers or shorts
- Navy Skirts / Pinafore. Blue checked dress in summer (optional)
- No decorative hairbands, nail varnish or make up should be worn at any time
For PE
To be worn to school as uniform on designated PE days.
- Black or Navy Blue shorts
- Team colour school PE T-shirt (with school logo)
- Red (Chaucer)
- Blue (Augustine)
- Emerald Green (Becket)
- Gold (Marlowe)
- Plimsolls (inside)
- Trainers (outside only)
- Black or Navy Blue tracksuit bottoms
- No watches or jewellery may be worn
- Earrings must be removed before all PE lessons. Ears cannot be taped
- No replica football shirts are to be worn during PE lessons.
For Playtime
- Trainers are not allowed in the school building but can be worn at playtime and outdoor PE
- A dark coat, school fleeces or school reversible coats are available
For Art and Craft
An old shirt or apron.
Equipment Includes
- A school water bottle so children have access to fresh water all day
- A pencil case with coloured pencils, a rubber, ruler, glue stick, pencils and pens (not felt tip pens)
- All uniform should be labelled with your child’s full name and class
