Dolphins (Year 3/4) Miss Cotton
I am very much looking forward to meeting and getting to know the children in Dolphin class. I hope that they settle well into Lower Key Stage 2 and the challenges that it brings.
This year, the children will be supported by Mrs Cannon, Miss Glithero, Mrs Balikie and Miss Smith; all of who are Teaching Assistants in Years 3 and 4.
We have a very exciting year planned ahead of us, with wonderful and interesting topics I am sure we will all enjoy.
Please could I ask that all children have a named PE kit in school at all times. Ear rings will need to be removed for these sessions and I kindly ask, that if children cannot remove these themselves, that they are removed and left at home.
On transition day we created a canvas containing all of our handprints, to remind us that we are each an important member of Dolphin class. Hope is one of your school values and is an area we will be looking into further thought the school year.
We are very lucky to have two brilliant School Councillors on our classroom, who will be contributing regularly to the wider school community. They are William Campbell and Néya Watson.
